Users manual
1. Remove the cotton wool covering the plug and warm it by kneading with clean hands.
2. Form the earplug to fit the shape of the ear canal by rotating it between your fingers.
3. Insert the molded ear plug into the ear canal and push it gently.
4. Pull the ear outwards and upwards to remove air from the ear canal and prevent tinnitus.
